I agree that STR bans are foolish, however lots of foolish local policies get passed every week.

In Maryland you couod not do this, I believe CT just passed a regulation banning this too.

In our duplexes we had really unfortunate results causing a huge rehab; so for now pets are banned there too.The pet is an unfortunate victim here because it is not the pet; it is the owner.

As always, make sure if in an HOA that STR is specifically approved since if it isn't, it will likely be banned.
