I wouldn't be ethically setting her up for success in life if I treated her like a "warm body" to just fill the vacancy.

Problem is that the "friend" was just placing warm bodies in there with no real background checks.

If you haven't already, I would read Dave Ramsies book, Total Money Makeover or Scott Trenche Set for Life (I haven't read this one yet but heard great things). 4.

Take care of your bills and your credit will improve.Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover" is a great book for starting to get your financial house in order.
