She may be better off just getting a credit card and using it occasionally and paying it off right away so as to not have to pay interest but it'll report to the credit bureaus.

Hi,I just started selling off my rentals, and in doing so I have to employ a team of workers to fix up the houses, nothing crazy, but people are working on ladders and occasionally using saws.

So far that has worked well for me and saved me a lot of time I will still get the occasional no show but for the most part that is the exception.

The instructor is correct, but to be fair, it doesn't matter what scenario you are in - if you buy at the top of the market you're gonna have problems in a variety of ways, be it with a HML, bank, investor, or otherwise.65% is the magic number for us, but occasionally we see deals that do allow up to 70%.
