If you are organized and a quick learner you'll blend right in.

If the ceilings are white, my wife likes to use white ceiling fans to try to make them blend in a bit more.  

It's a blended neighborhood of state troopers, city employees, and various other work backgrounds.

If you put a color closer to the colors of the stone it will blend better, and make the walls look taller rather than broken in half.

But for an investment standpoint you're really speculated on pure appreciate plays versus getting a good blended play here in NJ.
