The property belonged to my wife when she rented it out to the tenant 2 years ago.

The rest will be difficult and undersirable no matter what, and I offer to let them free and off their lease agreement on the spot as long as they clean up my property and take all of their belongings with them but most cannot afford to move in such short notice.

You may also be thinking of using the money that actually belongs to someone else and buy even more properties with the money while you put yourself in a position to be carrying more than one mortgage yourself.

The timeline varies on when probate cases settle from state to state.In CA the probate timeline is usually 8-12 months but depending on the complexity of the probate, it could be longer..

In addition we belong to our state LL association, they have been a tremendous help and fun networking too.

So...the story is, not gonna be long :) I and my partner recently bought this house but the mortgage is only under my partner's name ( I currently live in the house with my partner) .
