For financing, shop around with local banks, credit unions, and mortgage brokers to secure favorable terms.

With 20 years experience managing my sfr and as a property manager for a broker and a bank, this switch into ABNB has been a learning experience.  

Explaining how to do that is way too much for a forum.

When you hear something you don't understand - ask questions and ask people to explain their thoughts, haha, especially if you hear something that you initially don't agree with.

Can someone please explain how transactions are being made?
