There was a very big real estate summit just across the bay in Oakland with hundreds of attendee from all over the country.

From there it's up to you (or your attendees) to choose a specialty/strategy and read/attend webinars, etc to learn how to GROW/COMPOUND wealth. 

A important tip I received from an investor and client who was featured on the bigger pocket podcast is to have all attendees introduce themselves who they are and if they have any wants or needs. 

I am really looking forward to meeting with and learning from fellow attendees. 

Attendance is pretty high there... but in my experience most attendees are very new/green (which is fine if you are new/green, but doesn't make for a great networking opportunity for a seasoned investor)
