If people can default on a bank mortgage, isn't it much easier to default on a seller financed arrangement?

He gets paid to come back out and install the new water heater.I would imagine some of these contractors are open to "an arrangement" to replace the furnace instead of repairing it.

I have living arrangements covered so I can rent out the 3 bed when I'm done.

My other investments are short term air bnb type rentals so the PM arrangement is different.

Since the original lease already includes a provision allowing for a month-to-month extension, and both parties have been operating under this arrangement for the past 2 years, it makes sense to just add the terms of the long-term extension to the existing agreement.

My agent was great in taking care of things and making arrangements for that. 

This could include techniques such as seller financing, lease options, partnerships, or private lending arrangements.

Most traveling health care professionals prefer to take the stipend and make their own housing arrangements.
