I'm not anti-wholesaler, but it's hard to find a good one. 

Student loan debt and rent spikes will fuel a drive to even cheaper areas within the City and the local owners will embrace it but the tenants will be upset by the gentrifiers because their rents will go up and new, different businesses will push out older, familiar shops.I find it a little ironic that a couple of anti-gentrification folks are resorting to these types of tactics to keep presumably white gentrifiers out of a German neighborhood. 

Use an anti mildew or mold cleaner.

As anti-guru BP is, this would be one of the real estate niches I think you should very strongly consider a mentor.

When that need is there, someone is going to fill it.YUP  BP for whatever reason is anti any coaching.. most people I know in the industry some where some time paid for advanced training.but when you have folks with Zero experience and who do not want to apprentice like many do and are willing to pay to get there..

They are flat out anti-landlord.

New Jersey has Anti-Eviction Laws which favor the Tenant. 

But when someone comes out banging the anti-glyphosate paranoia drum for no better reason than they live in paranoia generally and believe we should go back to mud huts and smallpox...What about insecticides and VOCs and petroleum distillates poisoning the environment?

How are wholesalers dealing with the anti-wholesalers law in Illinois?

Whenever I say anything negative about  ANY aspect of wholesaling people lump me into some anti wholesale camp.
