However, I am having trouble finding something similar for Monroe Country or surrounding suburbs (specifically Greece).  

That being said, there are more 1900 dollar two bedroom apartments available right now than you could have imagined a few years ago, and the sub-250k housing stock that used to be abundant is pretty much ancient history.

The way real estate is transacted is still pretty ancient, inefficient, and largely depends on a bunch of cartels that many of us are members of (Local RE Boards) that have a choke hold on each market.

Ive been investing in Athens ,Greece for a while now, and the fact that you cant take any kind of loans here even if you are greek make things go slower so i started to look for a diffrent alternatives in europe .Is there anyone here that deal in europe and want to share ?
