Hey Dave, since I have mortgages on these properties, would it make sense to bring cash to the exchange to cover the mortgage amount (or pay off the mortgage before doing the 1031) and improve the cash flow for the newly acquired property?

But I believe that if you're not violating any terms, not in a restricted industry or involved with anything deemed risky by Stripe then you're probably safe.It appears their move to Stripe is for accelerated payment processing, which is interesting since they acquired eRentPayment and Payment Report.On surface level it might be they're adding Stripe as an option on top of their existing infrastructure.

What type of investment property are you looking to acquire?

Obviously if you acquire your deals based on this assumption and ended up operating better than it's more money in your pocket.
