I started in my 20's and made some irrational decisions, that had cost me financial and mental heart ache. 

That means importing doctors and nurses from the first world who are privileged enough to study medicine in the United States or western Europe and come with supplies to effectively keep themselves safe from contamination (you know, the supplies that can't even get there in the first place because people keep closing borders and limiting flights).
