Thanks for the list, Joe.We can either look and get butt hurt our town isn't on the list, argue whose sandbox is better or approach it with curiosity and learn about other places.I used it as a learning tool. 

I thought it's a bait and switch, but didn't accuse them of such.Then I called every week, out of curiosity to see if there's any offers.

Out of curiosity, what neighborhood are you looking at flipping the house in?

You need at least two years of sales person experience (and accrue enough points) or three years of general RE experience to even apply to get the broker's license in NY.  

I’m going to call tomorrow just out of curiosity, but I’m not going to tell them anything of any consequence.
