Abusive investors are also in the picture, it is quite true that you will get what you pay for. there is no way that I will take over a job done by someone else for the price quoted less work done, I would have to re-quote the project and even put enough contingency to rip out bad installs.

Its more about the viability of laminate flooring actually standing up to the test of time (minus tenant abuse) given the age of the home and all things that go with it.
