The downtown area draws many visitors, as does Lackland Air Force Base (out-of-town family members attending weekly basic training graduations) and the universities.

The main complaint was from residents and typical, noise, unknown visitors, property values hurt, etc...Would love not know opinions, especially from anyone local.

I am in the Boone, Blowing Rock area and we have definitely been seeing an uptick of visitors and Airbnb's- especially since 2020.The Boone TDA rebranded as Explore Boone to try to have a bigger presence and I think they have been trying to expand on the tourism and travel to reach other more urban cities in NC.

Cabo visitors are typically well-to-do and go there for the glamour so are they going to want to stay in containerhomes?
