Many traditional banks won’t touch them, and even DSCR lenders will avoid them if the build out is done prior the securing long term debt. 

I just got signed up with Rent Redi and would like to import the previous  monthly rental payments into rent redi to have it correctly dispalying the lease terms with rent owed.

Curious if anyone has done that since land loans aren't great terms.

The result is typically less loan proceeds, lower rate, worse terms, etc.

Maybe lease a mid term rental and rent out your unit, then look to buy another place.
