Hello, It's Yusuke from Chicago.I heard that UWM is lending a HELOC not only on a primary residential but on an investment property.I own a rental property and would like to take a HELOC on investment property.The problem is that they don't work with borrowers directly and have to be through mortgage/loan broker.Is someone working with UWM (United Wholesale Mortgage) ?

This experience can help you scale your portfolio over the next few years- Local properties appreciate faster, which allows investors to reinvest their equity into more local multifamily units OR other markets where the cost per unit is lower (i.e., Philly, Upstate NY, etc.)The Bronx is arguably the best borough to consider the househack strategy.

Im not sure if I will hire them to establish the LLCs or do it my self, if I hire them or another company will be to establish one in KS and one in MO, then technically "copy and paste" the forms to establish the other LLCs.
