A liquid additive like the following might be just the ticket:https://www.homedepot.com/p/Custom-Building-Products-StainBlocker-32-oz-Stain-Resisting-Admixture-Additive-for-Grout-SBG32/202525433 If you're looking for an off-white grout, I would feel confident recommending either Antique White or Bone with the above liquid additive.

You have to remember that the uncertainty creates anxiety...which leads to possible irrational behavior...meaning tenants default to self-preservation and will do everything possible to resist change....not saying your tenants will do this, but keeping them informed will make everything run smooth.HERE is a doc we provide to all tenants of occupied units (specific to my state)

We installed new more wind-resistant windows for the entire house, install a tankless water heater to accommodate the new jacuzzi tub and new bathroom and then we had to drywall all the ceilings, finish the kitchen, furnish new appliances, flooring, the framing and stucco for the new addition, sandblast and stucco the entire building to match the new stucco, filled about 6 40-yard trash bins before the project was finished and installed all Thermador products including stove $7,000, refrigerator $7,000, dishwasher $3500, Stove hood about $4,000 and we had to remove several trees and a few small structures to grade the rear of the property because behind the rear of the house was a steep hill prone to having a flash flood. Can you break down the $18,000 per day to remodel a bathroom by just changing the fixtures, painting, and a little tile?

Homeowners generally resist lower prices as much as they can, even if that means waiting for a better market.Because of that home prices are also quite resillient to economic depressions; you you look at the last 6 only 2008 has brought a decrese in home values - and that was a special situation.
