Newark is one of my primary markets and I grew up there. 

I grew up in SD and now live in Temecula.

Reasons being: they have Native English since most grew up in the US, they have a better sales/hustle culture, there is a huge call center industry there you can recruit from.

I grew up in both these areas between 10-18 yrs old and have seen the city grow.

I grew up in the Niceville area, but am interested in finding a small beach-proximate property to buy/hold.

I grew up on the northside, mom still lives there, and it's def a good area for middle-upper class families.

Some of my best contractors are ones who made mistakes early, but showed a desire to grow and energy to work hard, and therefore our businesses grew together.

I grew up in vb but currently live in Cali.

You'd prob. get better information on their own from Neighborhood Scout. no argument from me Agents have to start somewhere and not all agents are seasoned pros or grew up in the hood they are selling.. and for sure with low end rentals in the rust belt and mid west it can be very very block to block and you just dont want to take a listing agents word for it.. you know they may have to make their car payment ..
