In Tampa region, or any Florida region, (please specify  the region) how much are you finding the sf price to be for installation labor on tile, vs glue down vinyl, vs floating vinyl?

In installing, the contractors drilled through the exterior vinyl in order to add duct work for external venting. 

Trying to forego doing new vinyl siding which would be $1500 (approximately). 

So I told myself id save a little bit of money and do vinyl myself.

It's a vinyl floor but still...!

I peeked in the windows today, saw 3 prong outlets, an electric panel outside that looked like it had current wiring, and I saw PVC pipe in the crawl space. 

New vinyl windows, new roof, new gas boiler for heat, etc. 

Scope of work:-install luxury vinyl flooring-install kitchen appliances-new kitchen counter-paint kitchen cabinets-paint interior walls-roof replacement-termite damage repair-paint house exterior-plumb gas and drain to rec room kitchen-draw plans to submit to city for permitting

The kitchen cabinets are 25% broken, so they will definitely need replacing, and kitchen vinyl flooring is in bad shape.
