I have always imagined getting to the point where I could hold/ run a small community of mountain cabin rentals or a guest house, something along those lines.Thanks,Chad  Yes I meant AirBnb and Mid-term rentals, rent by the room, glamping (although I probably wouldn't go that route), buying commercial RE and running a business (for me that would be a lot of work with a W2 job and buying property locally or leasing out a space is expensive here).

While the taxes on the listing may seem reasonable if it turns out they’re 300% more than they were two years ago just because the community has increased its spending this is a trend that will quickly make your cash flow evaporate.

You may be able to see if a retailer still sells the 2024 version.If you can't get the one time purchase, you would need to see if the cost is beneficial.For real estate -  Quickbooks desktop > Quickbooks online because you can set up multiple entities within quickbooks desktop and not pay an additional cost per entity that Quickbooks online would charge you.Best of luck!
