Kinda like the Music Man who came to town to teach music to sell instruments, who knew nothing about teaching music, so he adopted the "think" system, just think you can and you can.

I attended another guru introductory meeting and it had the 90s hyped up motivational music, the overly enthusiastic presenter (think Ben Stiller back when he was in Heavy Weights), and plenty of pictures of exciting vacations with sexy cool things.

Step two, I'd set up shop, with paid security right next to his shed, and blast the most unpleasant music money can buy.

If everyone got on the same sheet of music the concert would play much better.

Loud music.

@Denise Alberto and @Chris Music also seemed to get increased activity on their sale right at the end of the year..

Many of these communities like Safety Harbor, Dunedin, and Palm Harbor all offer monthly festivities with street vendors, pedestrian safe areas, live music etc.I could go on and on about economic growth, job growth, the number of people migrating to FL each year etc.  

Currently I'm getting my Master's Degree in Music at University of Miami.

Example there is a burger joint, Chinese, Mexican, but hardly any Italian.

In a duplex if you have a unruly tenant playing loud music disturbing the peace it affects one other tenant.
