We only have one in that state so not an issue (yet) I haven't had any issues with making advertisements but no matter what venue you use, people don't read ads nowadays which is really frustrating.

Just personal taste, but I tend to avoid projects that contain any more complexity than just tenants renting (AirBnB, Event Venues, Wineries, Restaurants, Nursing Homes, etc.).

You should build a really nice large paved patio/ garden on 1 of the acres and rent it nightly as a wedding venue.

We will be converting the 7 treehouse style permanent deer stands into larger tree houses for Airbnb as well as building other structures, planting a fruit orchard, growing cash crops, hosting retreats and educational events as well as building a wedding venue and many other plans we have in store.

I'm interested if anyone on here has any or much experience with owning a wedding venue?

@Andrew Earle It's once a Month and the venue changes every month. 

I am looking for a 40-50k sq ft retail space to do a buildout for venues.

I wish they'd get updated on Google play though, they fell off the map about a year ago with updates and I don't care to juggle multiple podcast venues.
