@Daniela Reyes In addition to your local REIA, check out groups like AAPL (American Association of Private Lenders) and go to lending conferences (AAPL has one coming up in Vegas, PitBull does some...).

My personal opinion is that it's because of the financing and investment leadership here compared to other places.

I've been attending conferences nationwide for about 2 years, it's great to finally have something local.

Legalities aside.. as you know is it legal or not legal to assign contracts in FLA is hotly debated.but I was just at a RE conference it was a private invitation only mastermind thing.and there were some of the top wholesalers in the country there.. some that are even on this site.one thing that was evident to me though to be successful at this.requires1.

I am pretty good at leading a team, or at least I'd like to think so, learning about leadership is a never ending hobby of mine.

I grew up in all sorts of leadership positions so hopefully i have a good start.

And a whole army of lobbying entities are against it, and so is the city’s leadership.

I'm pretty familiar with most of the market in Indy and have a good network of real estate professionals that I can confer with when I don't have a confident answer.
