It seems like it would be more challenging to find a new primary of equivalent lifestyle, but that's just me assuming.

I know someone who paid off all their properties, it's worked for them and their lifestyle really well.

It's a lifestyle for them, not something they pick up in their off time and leave off easily when there's something else to do that occupies their interest.

Its like my Dad told me when i got my RE license way back when was I was 18 ( 50 years ago) RE is a lifestyle if you think of it as a job your going to have a very hard time..

Last year was light too.  16% occupancy this year vs. 38% in May last year.We haven't adjusted our rates to race to the bottom because we're financially healthy.
