If you say that to 911 it's an arrest, say anything else and it's an eviction.

Our main contractor got arrested at one point and we had overpaid (of course).

The Magistrate gave me both a Capias (civil arrest warrant) and an Execution (authorization for a Sheriff or Constable to seize and liquidate assets to satisfy the judgement).I gave my debtor a drop-dead date by  which I would have both he and his wife civilly arrested at work.Surprise! 

You should get that cleared up ASAP because if you get pulled over again when your license if suspended they will arrest you.  

This appeared to be an arrest from abuse of the domestic partner at the time.Are we overthinking this one and should we ignore this? 

We also just had a supposedly reputable doctor who was shut down and arrested for running a pill mill.I think this is the first lawyer I ever saw a post in a forum streaming questionable practices without the standard disclaimer that this is not legal advice and you should consult your attorney, state regulations etc etc.

I agree, the police should have arrested her, but they just gave her a warning.
