Sounds like you put in a ton of work to maximize the value, and that basement addition was a smart move.I noticed you mentioned the NYC luxury tax and some of the rental pricing challenges—have you considered expanding your portfolio in markets where you don’t have to deal with those kinds of headaches?

Seasonal short-term leases are another avenue I hadn’t fully explored yet but will definitely dig into.

In addition to just posting your property on furnished finder, they were reaching out and building connections with hospital HR departments and recruiters to help place nurses in properties.

However, i'll likely be looking at additional ways down the road to be even more secure for a backup what if scenario.

Curious...have you already identified a specific neighborhood in Findlay where you see the most potential, or are you still exploring the entire city?
