Silly me - dressed in work clothes with a wrench in hand - I forgot to bring them.   

I've met plenty of agents that have been licensed for 30 years and I'm not sure how they manage to get dressed...That being said, some sort of first hand experience is beneficial.

Dress business casual or "office" for most guys that means a tie! 

Doesn't matter what you call it, or how you dress it up, it is what it is.  

I would say go to the meetings prepared, look serious by dressing like you are serious and present yourself with confidence.  

@Charles Morgan - what about this as state it by the tenant "the dryer is ruining my dress shirts by leaving black tar markings".

It may help to find some public notices (and get some case #'s) before heading to the courthouse and asking them to view some of the files....if they ask you "for what" then I'd tell them that I'm doing legal research (dress professionally when you go).

So I can't speak a whole lot to that but I'd be happy to give you generic advice from what I have experienced and seen younger members go through.1) Dress that extra step up (Not the bargain store shirts and pants), if money is tight go to a store find your sizes (coats and shirts) then go to a thrift store or goodwill type store.
