The global flexibility provided by Bitcoin is grossly under appreciated.

I’m a Canadian investor so it’s hard to get US bank financing with that good of terms.

I’m a US citizen/Canadian resident. 

The U.S. subsidiaries of three of the Big-5 Canadian banks (TD, RBC, BMO) will lend to Canadians based upon your credit history and financial resources here at home (with some limitations/restrictions).  

I am Canadian so it is a bit more difficult for me.Parm
