The combination of those three has caused me some pretty severe anxiety over the last few months. 

I am ambivalent about selling because I have no idea where I would reinvest, but have anxiety that the market will crash and I should have sold.

If I were you I'd be suffering from performance anxiety as well.

anxiety- is to have things lined up.  

I know for myself that long-distance investing would be too anxiety inducing for me.

On recommendation from BP members awhile back, I read Gordon's book "Performance Anxiety".

Even with the house vacant my DTI ratio is about 26% so it wasn't money...it was just purely emotional anxiety..."

I agreed to their terms, yes I did not get the full month of December, but the knowledge and advice I received was well worth the time, effort, and anxiety of having the return the phone call.Thanks again BP as I continue to learn something new everyday.
