Of course too slow bc we both know things can move really d=fast in real estate.

But also multiple tax filings and the cumbersome nature of moving into and out or relationships with your partners.Strictly from the 1031 perspective tenants in common is the easiest way to own and move real estate. 

maybe cash for keys pay for a mover if the deal is good enough you can work that into your numbers

Also, they should have connections with mobile home movers and contractors who do the hook ups when moving mobile homes.

If it’s an older house such as the one that I referred to a home Mover that’s how I did it.

This will be a great opportunity for community owners and future owners to meet (virtually of course) many of the movers and shakers in the business.

I guess the moving vans AND movers I've hired and paid for, to help people move, is a figment of my imagination too.
