In the multi unit buildings I put on lease "Each tenant shares responsibility for removing snow and salting on both walkways and sidewalk infront of property" and I have them initial before we execute lease.

Another benefit is it is much easier to diversify into multiple markets, asset classes and operators.Just wanted to share an alternative - often active investing is the way to go, but it really depends on the person and it is important to know that there are passive ways to accomplish your financial goals.Good luck!

Would you mind sharing the locations you mentioned?

I know that there are issues with any house, but it seems to us as if we have had way more of our fair share of problems since we acquired it.

(https://www.mynd.co)One of my co-workers at my last job (pre-covid times) used to work\invest with them, so I had probably registered on their site back then.

I found what seemed to be a great property with a house for an STR and other space that I could expand for camping/RV sites and a barn that could be converted into a venue for events. 

I would love to connect and share ideas.
