My county publishes the list yearly.

They file for attorneys and may not charge much since theyre already there.Also some "Legal Publish" newspapers already have this info.

If you still think it deserves a try though, I would just take the closest thing I can find on line and just modify it to suit your purposes, using a program like MS Publisher...

FNMA publishes allowable attorney fees which can be used as a cost guideline. 

John Behle has also published some material but it’s difficult to find and I’m looking for it myself.

Usually any lender would require anyone making a note to execute the security agreement as well, so if there were other parties, co-borrowers or guarantors their names will also appear in the security assignment....so I see no issue of secrecy or privacy except that filing a note publishes all the terms and conditions.

The IREM also publishes a book available for $35 + $4 shipping by Stephen Pappas on how to manage a MHP.

Every HOA meeting must be published ahead of time and individual owners must be allowed to attend.  

There's also like a podcast they have on youtube released when they first published it, promoting it.
