It needs some work to modernize a little.

I’m looking to remodel a bathroom and seems like the new modern way is a double shower head on both sides with a tub in back.

The house we've flipped is somewhat unique: modern kitchen, hardwood, open floor plan, 3 floors, shared driveway, smaller bedrooms, small backyard.

Especially if you're trying to compare it to more modern construction vs a 1950's build, which yours looks like.   

Not a fan of white (personal preference) but you did pull of the modern look well with the white throughout the house. 

I would like get something more modern for staging purposes.

That could be a big plus over the competition for the right buyer.Otherwise I just modernize the home as some have already suggested.
