I wanted to share a little bit about our moderation policies, in case there is some confusion.The BiggerPockets Forum was established so people can have a platform to communicate with one another about real estate topics.

two of my friends from college were the first 2 people from Hawaii who bought from Memphis Invest in the late 2000sI bought 5 units in the summer of 2012, and several of our friends and family have also purchasedchris and the clothier family are stand-up individuals and businessmenthis is another example of what they do for the communities they serveI am proud to say that I am part of the Memphis Invest Family, although just a small part I had the privilege of meeting jay Hinrichs when he was visiting Oahu a couple of months agoand he is exactly as he is on the forums, knowledgeable and experienced, and a great communicatorunfortunately, I have not gotten to meet the other organizers, but I hope to at some pointit is acts like the formation of this charity that truly show the strength and value of online communitiesback in the day, I was moderator of a model-specific car forum, where the motto was "it's the people!"

Windsor is a great "small town" that generates good cashflow with moderate chances of appreciation (relative to the CT Market)Granby even a smaller town feel than Windsor, rentals are in high demand and rent prices are high.

As a moderator you’re advice needs to be on point because people take you seriously.

As a moderator here, I've seen it.

I see the property has some boarded windows some are broken, looking inside I see moderate damage to the walls and cabinets the floor are tiles, etc.
