I have a reliable handyman who takes care of most of my repairs.

I take it positively that they care enough to worry about us, but it must be sad living with that much anxiety.

Another one is "Sub-To"....but be careful of buying into these expensive "Sub-To" guru programs.

So I make this decision carefully, and most of the time I probe deeply once under contract.

@Dominique Guinnane From my personal perspective as a seller I don't care if the offer is below asking or near asking with a seller paid buydown.

(He has not taken a salary from the nonprofit in 20 years- but the proceeds go to a cause he cares deeply about)  Currently, my sibling and I own 40% of the building, and the nonprofit owns 60%.
