Caveats to that statement are:- If your climate is temperate, no hot hot cooling days, no cold cold heating days- If your furnace needs to be replaced- If tenants expect Central AC in your area- If your cooling/heating ratio is very biased to the cooling side

I used to work with Canopy Road Real Estate, LLC which is owned by the same owner of VPM so my opinion may be slightly bias.

I (like many others) love our historic district so may be biased.

I think the best option (by a hair) would be candidate #2 but I go with the first qualified applicant that put in a complete application because once you have a reasonably qualified pool of applicants you are really just guessing so I figure that way I avoid some of the bias inherent in these decisions.

We are with eXp, so of course I am biased, but I love the fact that eXp is a virtual company which I think is key for a part-timer. 

Here's my idea for starting a turnkey company, very biased by my personal buy and hold strategy. 

I'm not sure that this would scare me away if I was a college male, but I'm not sure if I am being bias because I like the property.

Keeping slaves in the south after emancipation, discriminating by race and gender, lynchings....how about genital mutilation in Africa or honor killings in the middle east and child labor.

I might be biased, I have lived here my whole life... :-)

To me its just rife with cognitive biases that are not known till after the fact.
