Very automated.

Everything is automated and electronic. 

I need something that is more intuitive than Podio and Globiflow and can handle automated Email, Text and even voicemail follow up if possible.

Rent collection is great as you can automate everything (including reminder emails, late fees, etc). and the reporting and accounting side of things is thorough (ability to integrate bank feeds, create reports, give access to your CPA, etc). 

I'm looking to automate my digital rent collection and would love your recommendations on software that you have experience with.

I am looking for suggestions to other options to automate without crazy high fees.

Do you have like a automated email where you send out deals to people?
