Look towards SW Florida anywhere with a short ride to the water, shopping, and food.

Besides that the mountains, the legal marijuana, in the food are all reasons why I've heard people move out here.

Be sure to include only those necessary expenses, like shelter, food, and utilities.

I've spent some time in northern Cinci near Sharonville and really enjoyed the Mason area for food and entertainment.  

Finding distressed properties with the potential to flip in such a low price range is challenging as I'm really trying to stay away from D class areas, but have limited funds.My thoughts on Whiting would be to build a niche that caters more to the senior citizen who is the main customer in that area.

There were no walkways through the apartment, with random boxes, wrappers, spoiled food, trash, collectibles (aka where our rent money went), everything in the way.
