Hi Paul,I'd say the house is a Class C (it looks like 1982 inside), and the neighborhood might be a B- (maybe a C+) -it's hard to tell with just google maps views.You have to compare it to what else is around in the city to figure out where it stands.Ask a few local realtors what they think of the neighborhood ABC (???)
