With 870,000 people leaving CA in 2022 alone, I think it's only a matter of time before this problem mushrooms into a giant tax grab for people who've moved out of state and those of us with similar names.The other thing to be aware of, is that WA has a huge tax on the seller when you sell a rental and it is likely more taxes are headed toward property holders.
