After nearly a year of dismissing it as largely a fad, I’ve been starting to do more and more with automated audio workflows in my STRs and have, so far, gotten great feedback on it from guests.

Should I  1) hold onto the property and take equity out to reinvest in another real estate venture (leaning towards MHP) or 2) sell the property and 1031 exchange 3) contact the investors that are building around me and see if I can partner?  

Would it be possible to do a joint venture with a seller who owns a commercial building ?

Just be careful if you venture outside the city as I have often times seen these be deemed an illegal unit in a lot of the near suburbs and then they have to be removed on the new owner's dime.

BPers,I am neck deep in online classes, books, and networking for my new RE venture.

In an ideal partnership people bring complementary expertise and consider it their value add to the venture,  however we essentially do the same thing.
