If you would like to know more about he Orlando market I would be happy to share but safe to say the economics are solid, lots of people moving here very week, landlord friendly laws, and a housing shortage make it a great place to buy single family rental homes.

We spoke to a plethora of dealerships who all added a $5K Dealer Market Adjustment on top of the MSRP.One dealership stated it was due to bc a shortage (they had 20+ Kia Sportages and Sorrentos on their lot).

Apple, Google, Xerox, Fuji film, and Meta are all coming into the area. 5k people a month move to the area which has created a housing shortage, rent spikes, major appreciation (not just due to inflation) and you can still find single family homes for sale on the MLS in good condition for ~250k+ Tenant-landlord laws are landlord-friendly and taxes are low.

Also recognize what a 50% population decline implies for appreciation and rent growth.Typically tenant friendly laws are enacted because of crazy low vacancy numbers (I.e. housing shortage) and even with the tenant friendly laws the power is with the LL.
