In my experience it just indicates people who probably grew up in a family where they were not sophisticated with money.

Essentially (broad brush strokes from a layman's understanding) what many people don't realize (and I didn't before 3ish years ago) is insurance companies have insurance against their own substantial losses; 'reinsurance'.

I would definitely make sure you have the best agent for you that has a good understanding of the rental market in your area as well as how to get people in the door. 

That may help identify your angle on being able to connect with the proper people.

Fund and Grow is what most people use in my circle.

I don't get people investing in the literal hood instead of parts of Passaic and Newark (very specific parts) that are rough but more working class.

But surely people are making it work, as there are plenty available (as STR). 

@Joey Keske hey Joey, this is a great community to meet people and there are a lot of meetups around tampa.

Small multi-family is in more demand.....why.....because there are more people needing and can afford SMALL MULTI-FAMILY and PEOPLE hate to live in apartment buildings.  

Since they are public numbers theres absolutely no protection for us from fraud.When submitting my accord for proof of insurance that goes directly from carrier to customer, not through my hands, unfortunately people have committed fraud with that number too.
