In other cases, we've converted properties - a warehouse, an empty "big box" retail space, or even a parking lot (using converted shipping containers).  

If you have to store stuff outside, consider a job box, conex box or construction fencing that you can lock.

They sit because people can't analyze properly or they can't think outside the box.
