Ask them to provide all documentation of check-in lists, rent payments, etc..Once you close, communicate again to the tenants to make sure they understand who/how to make rent payments.As time goes on, you can then decide what steps to take should you choose to not extend or renew leases.Hope that helps.

Install lock in door between the two halves of the attic As a side note - i do not appreciate the amount of time it took to finish this work. when we signed the contract originally, you were estimating you would be done at the end of March. it is now may 9th and the work hasn't been finished yet.Also, communicating with you had been unprofessional. no timely responses to texts and phone calls, no advance notice of what day you are going to work etc. at some point you actually called me annoying for trying to get you on the phone, I find that disrespectful.

Even if you could acquire it for $150K and sold it for $180-$190K after you pay commissions, closing costs, any repairs, holding costs and taxes it really wouldn't be a money maker

But I do specify that I am not responsible for use of existing ice-maker or garbage disposal, that those are currently operable, but it is their responsibility for any repairs if they wish to use them.
