I START FREAKING OUT (assuming they were bed bugs)So my dad tells me to get out of my car and take off all of my clothes and ditch them, instead I found the nearest Appartement complex and dived head first into the pool with a 3 piece suit on 😂I'm currently drying up, & have concluded that they were fleas not bed bugs *Sigh of relief* This is the stuff the gurus don't tell you about, but I'm enjoying every minute of this ride😂 Questions: •I'm still deciding weather or not, I should wholesale this deal or buy it & rent it out.

As long as the price was right, the lease provided near-market rent and was not an absurd length (more than 6-12 months out,) I would just buy the property and ride out the lease.Other investors may (and probably will) disagree.

@Michael LopezYou can choose to rollover the funds to an IRA of your choosing (self-directed or otherwise) and the full amount will be transferred without penalty.If you choose to take a distribution to yourself personally, there would be normal income taxation at the state and federal level, as well as a 10% penalty for early distribution if you are under age 59 1/2.With a self-directed IRA or similar plan such as a Solo 401k (if you qualify as self-employed in some fashion), you can diversify that savings into real estate investments.
