I would think insurance company would have a hard time proving he was directly at fault (although I think he was based on what I was told and have seen) I realize this really doesn't involve me but am just a bit  intrigued by this whole subrogation process and find it a bit fascinating for lack of a better word.....Thx,Chris

I went to Ohio State University for my undergrad in Industrial Systems Engineering with a minor in Business and Computer Science.

I'm fascinated by this type of investing and appreciate any insight.

I find it fascinating that 90% of the bank owned homes i check out do not have toilets in them.

Real estate investing is by no means an exact science, take all the info you can get, sort through it and apply what works in YOUR situation.

Screening is not all science so you have to encourage them to tell you things that you might not otherwise know.

I guess it's silly of me to think of doing my first investment property from auction, but I can't help but feel fascinated by this house.
