In the interest of world class customer service, I got dressed, went over and squished the arachnid post haste then dispatched his little corpse down the drain.

I prefer my occult gatherings to be in a field with white maxi dresses and long dining tables, but really, what's the harm in people letting loose in the name of knowing t h e m s e l v e s?

That doesn’t have to mean replacing siding and/or paying a bunch for fancy paint, you may he able to knock it out in an afternoon by renting a pressure washer.There are plenty of other similar considerations inside, but it’s also dependent upon the sub-market.

I usually have starter type homes (so nothing high end or fancy). 

Ignore all thw fancy strategies that involve anything telling you otherwise... until you have enough experience to accept thise risks.

Don't worry so much about being fancy. focus on providing something that is comfortable, clean, and with the things people would expect at home and you will be fine.
