The August 2023 real estate market numbers are out from the Austin Board of REALTORS®.

The drying machines (basically a huge dehumidifer) are quite expensive and it's not really worth buying one.

ALTERATIONS: TENANT may, at times need to make an alteration to the premises, including but not limited to aerials, lighting fixtures, washing machines, dryers or other items.

Not there yet but getting the machine cranked up...

The apartments are on the market for sale.There is a ton of money in turning poor performing apartments into efficient machines but you need to buy and sell to realize that upside.

But your right think of all the money saved not having to build multi million dollar show rooms.. and since you basically never service them. there is no need for huge service bays as well.. although its a machine and things do and can break.. not saying that. 

We have laundry machines on site and the guests start the linens before they leave.
